About

The Queensland Muslim Times is a Muslim community newspaper based in Brisbane
and operates as a non-profit organisation. Our distribution includes all major cities in
Queensland as well as 400 copies in Sydney. Brisbane is the predominant distribution
area of which just under half of the 4000 printed copies are distributed in. The
newspaper is printed every two months and copies are available for free. Each issue
comprises of 4000 copies which are distributed primarily in mosques but a large
quantity is distributed trough Butchers, Restaurants, and Convenience stores.
Readership extends to all age group brackets and also to the multicultural community.
The majority of readership ethnicity extends to local Australian Muslims and to a
large migrant population from, Egypt, Algeria, Middle East, Indonesia, Malaysia,
South Africa, Fiji, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey and many more parts of the
world.
